DEODORIZER

There are many reasons to consider getting your carpet deodorized and at Xtreme Clean Pro we make it affordable!

TILE CLEAN

We clean all porcelain and ceramic tile with sanded grout lines. Your grout lines are porous and collect dry soils which dirty up your grout lines. The only way to really have your tile cleaned is to have it professionally cleaned. At Xtreme Clean Pro we use a 3 step process focusing not only on your tile but  pay special attention to those tough to clean grout lines.

1. We spray an alkaline based cleaner to your tile and grout which helps loosen the dry soils.
2. We let the alkaline dwell for up to 15 minutes and scrub your tile and grout lines with a special brush. This helps to loosen those dry soils even more.
3. We clean with high pressures (between 600 psi to 1200 psi) and properly extract all those dry soils giving your tile that clean look again.  

If you choose we can also seal those grout lines to keep them looking good.

TILE CLEAR SEAL

We recommend getting the clear seal applied to your grout lines. It's much like carpet protector for carpet, only for your grout lines.

• It will help those grout lines stay cleaner longer.
• It will be easier for you to clean and keep looking clean.
• It will help repel any spills, pet accidents, etc.

We highly recommend you getting your tile professionally cleaned and clear sealed at least once a year. Clear seal is a wear dated product just like carpet protector.

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

We clean your upholstery by hot water extraction. Our powerful truck mount unit has the proper pressures and vacuum to clean your upholstery without leaving any residues. At Xtreme Clean Pro we go the extra mile leaving you with extremely clean results. We take the proper time and steps needed to clean upholstery.

1. Pre-vacuum. We pre-vacuum with our special tool to help pick up any lose dry soil from your upholstery.
2. Pre-spray. Next we pre-spray those tough spots to help loosen them up.
3. Rinse and Extract. We then rinse your entire piece with our cleaning detergent solution. We propery extract all those soils from your upholstery and leave no residue.
4. Groom. We then groom out your upholstery to spread any protector and/or deodorizer if you have them applied. This also helps pick up some of that tough to get remaining animal hair out of your upholstery.

AREA RUGS

We clean your Area Rugs by hot water extraction. Our powerful truck mount unit has the proper pressures and vacuum to clean your Area Rugs without leaving any residues. At Xtreme Clean Pro we go the extra mile leaving you with extremely clean results. We take the proper time and steps needed to clean Area Rugs. We clean almost all area rugs including wool.

1. Pre-Vacuum. We pre-vacuum with our wand to help pick up any lose dry soil from your area rugs.
2. Pre-spray. Next we pre-spray those tough spots to help loosen them up.
3. If your area rug is wool we apply an odorless brown-out to lower the PH of our solution to properly clean wool.
4. Rinse and Extract. We then rinse your entire piece with our cleaning detergent solution. We propery extract all those soils from your area rugs and leave no residue.
5. Re-Apply Odorless Brownout. We then re-apply odorless brownout at no extra charge. This softens the wool fibers.
6. Groom. We then groom your Area Rugs to spread any protector and/or deodorizer if you have them applied.

AUTOMOBILES

We clean automobiles, Rv's, boats, airplanes, and any vehicle that has carpeting. We use the hot water extraction cleaning method. Our powerful truck mount unit has the proper pressures and vacuum to clean your automobile without leaving any residues. At Xtreme Clean Pro we go the extra mile leaving you with extremely clean results. We take the proper time and steps needed to clean your automobile. We clean the entire automobile including the seats (unless leather).

2. Pre-spray. Next we pre-spray those tough spots to help loosen them up.
